All the things you can do that i could think of:
Remove
Power steering
A/C
EGR
Evap system
Windshield washer fluid reservoir
All the vacuum lines that go forth with the stuff your removing
Relocate battery

If you desire to go CRAZY:
Relocate the brake booster to behind the firewall (if it fits)
Remove difficult brake lines and brand your own and route them from behind the firewall
Rewire EVERYTHING in the engine bay so it pass's through the fenders or wherever yous desire

Oh btw I'm merely bored and i know its your DD for at present but the CRAZY listing can come down the line LOL ol

The taboo diagram does accept a couple flaws, but it is existent close. definitely dont T into your BOV for your MBC or heave gauge. MBC should come off a positive pressure source such as your Jpipe if you have a 14b/16g setup or right off of the compressor turbine on other turbos. stock t-25 have a nipple right on the turbo.

But my question is where take virtually of you guys relocated your batteries? this is my next pace to cleaning up my engine bay, Id also like to relocate my main fuse box thats under the hood too.

Most people either relocate batteries to the trunk or simply purchase a pocket-size battery kit and drop it on the subframe, that'due south what I'm doing.

A good degreaser is just the duplicate colour prep spray. I used it and worked amazing. A good power wash will work wonders also.

I'chiliad moving my fuse box to the fender and building a box to stop h2o and other stuff from getting into information technology.

wire tucking and ree-routing everything can get pretty crazy bit I suggest but doing it if you know what you're doing and can read diagrams with ease. Saves for less mess ups. There is a vender on hither that will custom wire tuck your engine harness. Take a look into them unless you lot're fix on doing this yourself.

I'yard besides trying to make clean up my engine bay and was wondering if anyone knows what's a skillful degreaser to use ?

The wal-mart brand engine de-greaser works wonders, I was surprised to find out how well it works and its only like 2-3 bucks a can.

As for clean up I would re wire and mount the ecu under the passenger seat or under the dash, it's pretty unproblematic if you know how to cut and splice wires together. Just vary fourth dimension consuming and boring, merely doing this will get in easier to complete a wire tuck. You lot can as well relocate the bombardment and the fuse box that will clean up the left or right side of the engine bay depending on the motor you have. Yous can custom route the power steering lines to hide them in the wheel well. I'm not sure what issues you would run into if you did the same with the air-conditioning lines.

I had my whole engine harness out and holes taped off.

Cover your Ignition Ringlet with a plastic bag or something, and then water can't get into the coils.
Practise that to the MAF also, and Resistor.

Other wise you lot might have problems to starting time information technology up.

Most of u.s., we are using aftermarket FPR. so we demand no solenoid.

Also, you tin can drop down your Battery on the Cross Member, Simply yous need a smaller Bombardment.

I manage to put a good size Battery with some mods on the AC Lines coming out of the Frame..

Besides, yous can relocate the fuse Box, to inside (under neath the Steering, It fits good, and will give a actually nice clean view to the engine bay.

Y'all can do the MR2 Electric Steering Pump, to remove your SP, and can hide the MR2 pump.

Relocate the Cruise Control, to the back of the engine (nether neath the Intake Manifold.

You lot don't accept to trash all the Features that your car has, You can have them all by Simply Relocating them.

Except the Vacuum lines.

One of the biggest things that will aid your engine bay look nice is a painted valve cover and dainty heatshields/header wrap for the manifold and o2. If you tin can't fit a rut shield effectually the turbo and o2 so I would suggest a turbo blanket for the turbo'due south hot side.

After that, replacing all the one-time shitty vacuum line/or deleting stuff y'all don't need. Sadly some people have to pass emissions.

After that, try and get a thorough cleaning with elementary green and water mixture, or using the walmart degreaser, or whatsoever number of cheap affordable products.

Then endeavour to drib the battery down on the subframe, or relocate it to the trunk. If your not keeping your AC then it would be the perfect time to cut the belt, and drop the ac downward, then pull it out to the passenger's side while the battery tray is out.

After that I would suggest a prissy wire tuck. Y'all tin effectivly hide xc% of your wires without removing the harness from the car. If you do decide to practice a total constrict and de pin / elminate all the united nations-needed wire it takes nearly 30-45 minutes to remove the harness.

To remove the harness I suggest starting time remove the center panel, boot plates, radio bezel, and radio. There are several electrical clips behinds the radio that demand to be disconnected, iv on the ecu (2g), one under the driver's seat. And ane ground that is bolted to the floor to the front of the ecu (towards engine bay) After y'all get them all unplugged push the grommet in the burn wall forward.

Then disconnect all the connections in the engine bay and pull the harness.

I used some flexbraid and covered my entire harness in it. It looks actually clean.

My side by side step is going to exist a Toyota MR2 Electric Powersteering pump, and and then constrict all the power steering lines.
