Good mesh filters are wagerer in oil filtration but due to the huge reduction in suck exponent, your kitchen tend to be oily and that defeats the purpose of having a bonnet. As shown in my TV, the first piece i used a Pyramid shape filter, you can see that the suction is quite good but in the 2nd voice where i converted it to a mesh filter, the sens is coming out of the hood, this shows how good the oil filtration of engage filter (preventing smoke and oil entering the hood) but the smoke is in reality going close to your kitchen, so why we purchase a hood earlier?
